Online SAP access - access SAP using Web GUI

What is online SAP access?

There are many ways to access SAP server. BW users use other graphical standard SAP users use a different GUI and some industry verticals are using a different GUI. Most MySAP products are now accessed via the Web. Although the back-end configuration with the standard interface is the end-user transactions over the Web. So should the Web GUI to test the user transactions, if you do end users deliberately wanted his sap training.

What is Web GUI?

This is a simple browser-based way to access the SAP System. The typical URL for accessing the ECC GUI might be.

http:// yourdomain. Com: 80XX/SAP/bc/gui/SAP/its/WebGui

where yourdomain.com is the domain name and XX for the system number. The port number 40XX could be changed by your base consultant based on the configuration in RZ10 (System profile parameter)

Once you enter the URL appears the following screen. Enter the user ID and password. Sometimes the system will please re-login again pop up one.

Performing transactions in SAP

After logging in, you see, easy access Menu.First is that is trusted to do, click on the small grey triangle to open the transaction code window. Here you can enter transactions and execute them. The menu system is exactly the same way as the standalone GUI. Collapsed and expanded based on your clicks and if you do you want a transaction, double-click on the transaction in the menu structure of menu tree. The transactions look pretty much like SAP stand-alone interface.
